Rosario Dawson born on May 9th, 1979 in Madrin is a remarkable American actress and a beautiful singer who sings now and then. The award winning actress who gave an outstanding performance in "Rent" {2005} was also nominated for several eminent awards for her roles in movies such as "Light It Up" {1999}, Sin City {2005}, Rent {2005}, Clerks II {2006} & Grindhouse: Death Proof {2007}. Her other successful movies include "He Got Game" {1998}, starring professional basketball player, Ray Allen, and "Men in Black II" {2002} starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.
Born of Isabelle, a professional singer and Greg Dawson, a construction worker, Rosario Dawson first hit the spotlight in 1995 with a movie called "Kids". Thanks to "Kids" Director, Larry Clark for the big break. One fine day Larry Clark spotted Rosario on a Manhattan stoop and instantly offered her a role in "Kids". The movie became a box office hit and Dawson's performance was commendably appreciated. Since then Dawson never looked and right from her first movie, "Kids" in 1995 she gave an incredible performance in several box office hit movies.
The promising actress is currently reported to be dating Andrea Boccaletti of "Sex and the City" star. Dawson reportedly celebrated her 27th birthday amidst the hard rock band performance by Guns N' Roses.
